All of High Country Chocolate's products are made with high quality Belgian couverture chocolate.

High Country Chocolate was created by Megan Blandford in Beechworth, Victoria. Megan has a passion for making chocolates paired with unique flavours and local produce.

Currently, High Country Chocolate is available online and via stockists. We don't have a shop front yet.

High Country Chocolate is a family business based in Beechworth.

Megan

Founder and Chocolatier

Megan has been a writer for many years, and loves making chocolates to put a smile on people's faces. She also loves reading, hiking, travelling and having adventures with her family. And eating chocolate, obvs.

Iris

Chocolate Assistant

Iris is the youngest member of team High Country Chocolate. She assists in the chocolate kitchen by tempering chocolate, decorating blocks, making fillings and preparing ingredients. Iris loves to read, write, perform and cuddle her miniature labradoodle puppy.

Abbey

Social Media Assistant

Abbey loves taking photos and assisting with our social media accounts, creating fun videos and engaging content to share with our audience of chocolate lovers. She loves to read, paint, hike, shop and hang out with friends.

Steve

Packaging and Logistics Manager

We use Steve's career-long expertise in logistics and warehousing to make sure the chocolate gets where it needs to be. When he's not working, Steve loves to hike, read, drink far too much coffee and have adventures with his family.
